A: To ensure prompt delivery, we ship each order within one business day. Domestic orders are shipped via FedEx Home Delivery (1-5 days), FedEx 2 Day Air, FedEx Standard Overinight, USPS First Class (2-5 days) and USPS Priority (2-3 days). International orders are shipped via FedEx International Mail (10-14 days) and FedEx International Priority (3-5 days, highly recommended).

Any opened bottle returned prior to 30 Days of the purchase date will not qualify for the refund. You must include any additional bottles you ordered in unopened and resalable condition to be issued a refund. Returned orders with more than a single bottle opened will not qualify for a refund. If your return is missing any bottles you ordered, you will not be eligible to receive a refund. Any bottles returned to us that do not fit the criteria listed above for a refund will be forfeited.
All returned packages must have received a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Be sure to write the RMA Number clearly identified on the shipping label. Packages received without an RMA number clearly marked on the outside the package will be refused, and a refund will not be issued. Include a copy of the original invoice in the box when you ship your return. The original shipping cost is not refundable. We highly advise using a courier who provides package tracking.
